Well, I've been pretty silent for the past few weeks, and probably will be for a bit longer.
I've been trying to limit my time at the computer for a few reasons. Over the winter, I've seemed to gain over 30 lbs. Figured this out when I couldn't fit into my clothes anymore. I've also had other health issues and trying to stay active helps them.
Another thing is I'm trying my hardest to quit smoking. I've got into the habit that when I sit down at the computer, I'll light one up. The less time I sit at the computer, the less likely I'll fire one up.
And one last thing, been working alot of hours. Sadly I'm not paid hourly, so I get no extra cash from it.

For reasons unknown, my
website has gone through major facelifts within the past few months. I've tried different solutions, looks, etc. but it all boiled down to changing it back the way it was once before.
I suppose when you don't have the time to work on stuff, it's just as easy to go through backups from previous times, and re-upload

Just playing with my Knoppix CD. Pretty sweet that I can run Linux off a CD!
My server machine has been running Slackware for quite some time, but it's troublesome to use as a workstation, since I've got it to be used as a server. Plus, it doesn't have sound, and a cheap PCI video card and cheap 14inch monitor, just for functionablility. No frills, for sure.
Currently typing with Knoppix on my workstation machine, which usually runs WinXP Pro SP1. Just had to try it out, and so far, runs like a champ. Of course, a little slow, since it is loading from a CD instead of a harddrive. Another thing is that it doesn't save settings if I decide to switch back to XP.
